A short written scope — what, when, what it costs, and what you get — agreed before any work begins. One page. Nothing starts until you have it, and the hand-over includes whatever a funder or a board will ask for afterwards.
They are working languages, not translations. Projects are run in Norwegian, Arabic and English, and Diwan is multilingual by design rather than by plugin — which is usually why an organisation comes to us in the first place.
Five steps, with no commitment until it fits: a short readiness check, a fit review where we say plainly whether Diwan is wrong for you, a scoped pilot with criteria agreed in writing, onboarding where we do the moving, and a measured review after one full season.
That is the only kind it is built for. Diwan does not try to match large festival systems feature for feature — it is built for the organisations those systems price out and over-serve. The narrowness is the point: everything in it is there because a small organisation needed it.
Individual accounts with role-based access, export or deletion whenever you ask, a retention schedule for every category of data, and privacy terms and a data processing agreement signed before a pilot begins. Every control is labelled implemented, tested or planned — we do not publish guarantees we have not tested.
